This Olio presents a short history of the rise of the Union movement as a response to changing work conditions brought about by the process of industrialization from the 1830’s to the twentieth century. The presentation also looks at the diverse groups of men, women and immigrants who helped shape the development of the labor movement.
Think Olio is here to put the liberation back into the liberal arts.
