The Scenius Summit

Our Scenius is growing, and lately, we’ve been intrigued by the idea of just putting our heads together for a weekend and seeing what we come up with without a formal professor guiding the way. So to celebrate New Year’s weekend we’re opening up OlioHouse to the Scenius for a two-day summit of shared learning, cooking, teaching, partying, all while working towards one hell of a 2019.

No Professor New Year's Weekend

We’ve been wondering what a weekend might look like without any central figure directing us and rather, a collective of our members taking turns guiding our time. We know that creativity abounds in the Scenius and a No Professor New Year’s weekend allows us to showcase our favorite creative pastimes, teach and learn with each other, and practice the power of community.

Why?

We’re a bit tired of bouncing around the city in search of the perfect party in 15 degree weather. Think Olio has one of the most diverse, interesting, and fun-as-hell communities anywhere. What better way to bring in the New Year than together: setting our intentions, plotting new projects, and learning from one another. Also, we have a fireplace, a library, and a movie theater :D
